Geri kalan %87\u2019si ne alemde? T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ge\u00e7enlerde y\u00f6netti\u011fim bir panelde yer alan \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 y\u00f6neticilerine g\u00f6re hepsinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015firket muhte\u015fem ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 da inan\u0131lmaz ba\u011fl\u0131, mutlu ve mesut. Gallup belki de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye \u00f6zel bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapmal\u0131. Bizim \u015firketleri harika yapan, inovasyonu ve yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fcksek, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 tavan yapm\u0131\u015f \u015firketlerimizi ara\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan birim \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 birimi. Kurumlarda bu rol\u00fc olanlar\u0131n ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ne durumdad\u0131r diye merak eden Uluda\u011f \u00dcniversitesi \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Ekonomisi ve End\u00fcstri \u0130li\u015fkileri B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019nden Prof. Dr. A\u015fk\u0131n Keser\u2019in ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131na bir g\u00f6z atal\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Alan\u0131nda \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Nedeni<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n %65\u2019i ki\u015fisel \u00f6zelliklerinin mesle\u011fe uygun oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in bu alan\u0131 se\u00e7ti\u011fini s\u00f6ylerken, sadece % 8\u2019i bu meslekte bir gelecek g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n sadece %8&#8217;inin insan kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 gelece\u011fi olan bir meslek olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirtmesi, bu departman\u0131n stratejik \u00f6neme sahip oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesiyle de \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fmedi\u011fini i\u015faret ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Keser diyor ki \u201cKi\u015filik \u00f6zelliklerinin hangi a\u00e7\u0131dan bu mesle\u011fe uygun oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fckleri \u00f6nemli\u201d ve \u201c\u0130nsanlarla ilgilenmeyi seviyor olabilirsiniz, ama her insanla ilgilenmekten ho\u015flanan ki\u015finin psikolog olmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nerilmedi\u011fini biliyoruz. Bu sonu\u00e7, \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 mesle\u011fini se\u00e7enler i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erlidir. Sonu\u00e7lar bireylerin bilin\u00e7li tercih yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermekle birlikte; cevaplar\u0131n niteli\u011fi bireylerin ne denli do\u011fru bir se\u00e7im yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sorgulat\u0131r niteliktedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131, &#8220;i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 daha insani bir yap\u0131ya kavu\u015fturmak amac\u0131yla b\u00f6yle bir mesle\u011fi se\u00e7iyor olduklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnselerdi, gelecek g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri bir meslek oran\u0131 daha da g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u00e7\u0131kabilirdi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce meslek kavram\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zelliklerinden birisi olan &#8216;toplumsal fayda sunma&#8217; \u00f6zelli\u011fi ile e\u015fle\u015fir. \u015eayet \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sadece kendisini mutlu etmek i\u00e7in \u00e7aba harc\u0131yor ise bu sonu\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcd\u00fcr. Siz kurumunuza ba\u011fl\u0131 de\u011filseniz, kurumun i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc devir oran\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rma motivasyonunuzun da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olaca\u011f\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelecektir. Kurumlar i\u015flerine ve i\u015fyerlerine ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kazanmak i\u00e7in \u00e7aba harc\u0131yor. Bu hedefin, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ne kadar m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu tart\u0131\u015f\u0131labilir; hele hele Y ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fi dikkate al\u0131n\u0131rsa insan kaynaklar\u0131 uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131 bu konular\u0131 sorgulamalar\u0131 gerekmektedir.\u2019<\/p>\n<p><b>\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n Kuruma Ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re insan kaynaklar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015f tatmini de ortalama d\u00fczeyde.
