Bu soru son y\u0131llar\u0131n en cazip sorusu olmu\u015f durumda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu sorunun \u00e7ok sorulmas\u0131n\u0131n sebebi, \u015firket y\u00f6netimlerinin s\u00fcrekli bir \u015feyler ar\u0131yor ve o d\u00f6nemin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 bulmak i\u00e7in kar\u015f\u0131 taraftan beklentilerini <a href=\"https:\/\/kariyeryolculugu.com\/blog\/2019\/02\/21\/kit-yetenekli-misiniz\/\">s\u0131ralay\u0131p duruyor<\/a> olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir yandan multi-disipliner bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131na sahip insan\u0131n arand\u0131\u011f\u0131 miti ortal\u0131klarda dola\u015f\u0131yor. Yani bir \u015feyden tam anlayan her\u015feyden biraz bilen diye garip bir tan\u0131mlamas\u0131 da yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu WEF&#8217;in 10. \u00f6nem s\u0131ras\u0131ndaki yetkinlik. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bili\u015fsel esnekli\u011fi olmayan ya da 10. s\u0131rada olan bir bireyin bu listedeki ilk \u00fc\u00e7 yetkinli\u011fe sahip olmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fc?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bili\u015fsel Esneklik (Cognitive Flexibility\/Shifting)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cognitive Flexibility (Shifting) &#8220;bili\u015fsel esneklik&#8221; demek. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bili\u015fsel esneklik, hayat\u0131n giderek daha karma\u015f\u0131k, komplex ve daha fazla uyaran ile ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kmay\u0131 gerektiren durumlar\u0131yla ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kabilmek i\u00e7in gerekli \u00f6\u011frenme, adaptasyon ve uyaranlara kar\u015f\u0131 sa\u011flam durabilme ve y\u00f6n de\u011fi\u015ftirebilme becerisi anlam\u0131ndad\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bili\u015fsel esneklik ile farkl\u0131 olas\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilme kapasitesi birbirinden farkl\u0131d\u0131r. <strong>Yani, bili\u015fsel esneklik, bir sorun kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda farkl\u0131 olas\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilme kapasitesi de\u011fildir. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bili\u015fsel esneklik, beklenmedik bir durum ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda eski kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 stratejiler yerine yeni ve daha \u00f6nce uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 stratejilerden farkl\u0131 bir strateji ile ilerleyebilme ve bunu hayata ge\u00e7irebilmek i\u00e7in hareket edebilme becerisidir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yani somut olarak \u015f\u00f6yle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebiliriz: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lojistik sekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u00fclkemizde en sorunlu sekt\u00f6rlerden biri. \u015eirketler lojistik ile ilgili alanlarda i\u015fe al\u0131m yaparlarken bu sorunlu ve bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretemeyenlerden olu\u015fan sekt\u00f6rden i\u015fe al\u0131m yap\u0131p dururlar. Sadece sorunlara odaklanmakla de\u011fil ayn\u0131 zamanda de\u011fi\u015fen insan ve toplum dinamiklerini daha do\u011fru okuyarak hem kendimizi hem de i\u015fimizi gelece\u011fe haz\u0131rlayabiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin, beyaz e\u015fya sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn hala sadece &#8220;evlenen mutlu \u00e7iftlere&#8221; y\u00f6neliyor olmas\u0131, bu sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan y\u00f6netimlerin yarat\u0131c\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme konusunda olduk\u00e7a zay\u0131f olduklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.
